Version of 20 October 2026

In short

This website uses no cookies and no analytics, has no forms and loads nothing from third parties. Apart from the server's technical logs, we only process personal data if you email us.

Who is responsible

Thurakit OÜ, registry code 16750269, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: thurakit@thurakit.com.

If you email us

• What data: your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you tell us in your message.
• What for: to reply and carry on the conversation. Nothing else: no advertising, no mailing lists, no selling of data.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Who else sees it: our email is hosted by Webempresa Europa, S.L., on servers in the European Union, acting as our data processor.
• How long: for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry. If the conversation leads to an invoice or a contract, whatever the law requires us to keep is kept for the legal period.

When you visit the website

Webempresa's server, which hosts this website on our behalf, logs technical details of each visit (IP address, page requested and browser). We use them only for the website's security and operation, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), never to identify you or count visits. They are kept for the period the provider sets for server security.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to or restrict its processing, or take it with you (portability). Just write to thurakit@thurakit.com.

If you think we have got something wrong, you can complain to the Estonian data protection authority, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, or to the authority in your own country (in Spain, the AEPD).

The projects

This notice covers only thurakit.com and the thurakit@thurakit.com mailbox. Each project has its own, on its website: RatioRank's and Daniel Barcelona's.
